Hannah Fontenot
State Co-Director
Hannah Fontenot serves as Director of Government Relations and Public Policy for Ochsner Health, where she leads state and regional government relations strategy and advances legislative and regulatory priorities impacting healthcare across Louisiana. In this role, she works closely with elected officials, state agencies, and community stakeholders to strengthen healthcare access, improve patient outcomes, and provide strategic policy counsel to executive leadership.
Prior to joining Ochsner Health, Hannah served as a Legislative Analyst and Legislative Liaison in the Office of Governor Jeff Landry, where she coordinated legislative strategy and served as liaison to the Louisiana Senate. She previously worked with the Louisiana Association of Business & Industry (LABI) and the Louisiana Legislature, building extensive experience in public policy, political affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Hannah has been recognized for her leadership and community involvement through the pageant system. She was crowned Miss Lafayette USA 2023, went on to earn First Runner-Up at the 2024 Miss Louisiana USA competition, and previously held the title of Miss LSU USA 2021. Her commitment to service, leadership, and community engagement has also been recognized through her selection to the 2026 LABI Emerging Leaders Council and the 2025 Baton Rouge Alliance for Students CHANGEMAKER Cohort VIII.
A graduate of Louisiana State University, Hannah earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Business Administration. She remains passionate about advancing public policy solutions that improve the health and well-being of Louisiana communities, while encouraging civic engagement and leadership among the next generation of Louisianans.
That mission aligns perfectly with the legacy of the Miss All American Pageant, founded in the late 1970s to recognize confidence, personality, and natural beauty while offering a welcoming, family-oriented pageant experience. By eliminating the traditional talent competition, the organization created a more inclusive opportunity for young women to shine through their character, communication skills, and individuality.
Over decades, the system has grown into one of North America’s premier pageant organizations, launching the journeys of remarkable women-including Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry-and inspiring generations of titleholders.
Today, Louisiana Miss All American is proud to partner with RPM Productions and the Miss All American Pageant System to bring this legacy to Louisiana. Together, they are committed to helping young women grow as leaders, build confidence, and make a meaningful impact in society.
